Most shops quote you a lead time because they build your pad after you order it. We hold stock. Common seat, back, arm, and roller pads are already cut, foamed, sewn, and sitting on racks in the Tucson shop. Send a photo and the machine model and we check the shelf before we quote a build.

Custom Padding Manufacturing
Seat, back, arm and elbow, head, and roller pads built to spec from your sample or measurements.
On-Site Exchange at Facility
Repairs made on the machine where it stands, so the piece never leaves your floor. Arizona.
Contract Manufacturing
Production runs for equipment suppliers and distributors. Currently building for Bodymaster and National Gym Supply.

Ship-in
Pads ship out from Tucson. The facilities and suppliers we work with today are in Arizona, Texas, California, and Canada.
On-site
On-site equipment repair is Tucson only. Outside Tucson, ship the pad in.

Questions we get from facility managers.
What is your turnaround time?
We can do immediate exchanges for Life Fitness, Matrix, Star Trac, and Cybex, Anything else is approximately 1-4 days. Call for more information.
Which equipment brands do you work on?
Technogym, Paramount, Bodymaster, Life Fitness, Matrix, Star Trac, and Cybex.
Should I ship the pad in, or do you come on site?
If you are located in Tucson, we prefer you doing a shop visit to our shop to get started. If not, call us to get started.
Do you accept purchase orders? What are your terms?
Yes. Terms range from COD (payment due when the work is delivered) to Net 15 or Net 30, depending on the account.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, we do provide a certificate of insurance.
Do you do most colors for padding?
We carry most colors, we can get any color within 2-3 days for specific colors. We cross reference most colors. We use a very high end commercial quality foam as well.
What do you need from me to quote?
Pictures, model numbers, and vinyl colors if needed.
Tell us the machine and the part. We will check the shelf.
Photos get you a price fastest. Most quotes need nothing more than a picture of the pad and the machine tag.
