These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A Speed Repair website and any quote, repair, or manufacturing work requested through it. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the photos, measurements, and machine details you provide. Pricing and turnaround are confirmed in writing before work begins. If the condition of an item differs materially from what was described, we will contact you with a revised quote before going ahead.
Orders and Payment

Equipment You Send Us
You are responsible for packing items and for inbound freight unless we agree otherwise in writing. Remove any accessories or hardware you want kept separate before shipping. We inspect everything on arrival and will contact you if we find damage or wear that changes the scope of the work.
Shipping and On-Site Service
We ship completed work from our Tucson production floor to Arizona, Texas, California, and Canada. On-site service is available in Arizona. [TK: who pays return freight, and when risk of loss transfers.]
Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time quoted is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Material availability, freight, and current production volume can all affect scheduling. If a committed date is at risk, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Workmanship and Materials
Vinyl, foam, and thread are matched as closely as available stock allows. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across dye lots or against material that has aged in service. [TK: warranty period and what it covers.]
Cancellations and Custom Orders

Use of This Website
The content on this site, including text, photographs, and logos, belongs to A Speed Repair and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use this site to send unlawful or misleading content, or to interfere with its operation.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Speed Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or equipment downtime, arising from use of this site or from delays in service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
